Voice Projection Monitor

Time required for your report (30 sec - 1min)

Purpose of the voice projection monitor:

The Voice Projection Monitor duty is to report at the end of the meeting if all participants used the proper voice volume and/or pitch during their presentations and report on this at the end of the evening.

Before the meeting:

Pay attention to the names of all participants and write them down during members introduction to aid you in your report at the end of the evening

Sit at the back of the room.

Record vocal variety, volume, clarity, enunciation, mumbling, speaking to the projector or the lectern,

Report on those who are exceptionally clear and those who were not easy to hear. Don’t focus on main speakers since they have already been formally evaluated.

During the meeting:

Pay attention to the names of all participants and write them down during members introduction to aid you in your report at the end of the evening

Listen carefully and

When requested by the General Evaluator give a quick report.
